LIVE came to life when our founder, Raushanna, saw firsthand, the reality that adults learn differently from their younger counterparts and should be offered learning opportunities that fit their needs and unique ways of learning. Twenty-five years of experience teaching adults has taught us that creating learning solutions for them means connecting their life experience to what we want them to learn, and then to what we want them to do with that knowledge.

Our goal is to support our clients as they navigate the challenges of teaching and training. We help organizations and institutions from the time they identify a need, to the time the need is fulfilled. Our packages are customizable in order to be able to address unique needs and budgets.

We value learning,  honesty,  transparency, and knowledge, and our practice is to protect the privacy of our clients and their learners.
